Shipping Methods
Magnify Me offers the fllowing delivery options:

Fastway Couriers (nationwide delivery)

Customer-arranged courier services, including Uber Courier or any courier of the customer's choice
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Personalised and custom-made products may require additional production time.
Customers will be notified once their order has been completed and is ready for collection or dispatch.
Fastway Courier Deliveries
Orders shipped via Fastway Couriers are subject to Fastway's delivery schedules, routes, and terms and conditions.
While Magnify Me takes every reasonable step to ensure orders are packaged securely and dispatched promptly, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed to Fastway Couriers, delivery is under the control of the courier. Magnify Me will assist customers with tracking information and courier queries where possible but cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather conditions, strikes, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, Magnify Me will assist the customer in lodging an investigation or claim with the courier.

Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 am – 4:30 pm
Collections outside of these hours may be arranged by request and are subject to availability.
Once an order has been collected by the customer or their authorised representative, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.
Customer-Arranged Couriers and Uber Courier
Customers may arrange their own courier service, including Uber Courier or any third-party courier of their choice.
Where a customer chooses to use their own courier:

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the courier service.

The customer assumes all risk once the parcel has been handed to their nominated courier.

Magnify Me shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery that occurs after the parcel has been collected by the customer's chosen courier.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Magnify Me will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Shipping Fees
A flat-rate shipping fee of R100 applies to all courier deliveries within South Africa, regardless of order size or quantity, unless otherwise stated.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customers who choose the collection option will not be charged a shipping fee.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or outlying areas. Customers will be informed of any additional costs before their order is processed.
